Question

If I feed my pair of cockatiel a mixture which consist of seeds, oats, grains, wheat and pellet (less in fat) will they be healthy? Will the two of them live good together? Will whet germ oil prevent egg binding? How can I prevent this? How can I prevent my birds from fumes without moving the cage? By covering the cage with a towel?
