Stray Cat with Possible Cold

I have a stray cat that I have been feeding for weeks now. He shows signs of having a cold. He sounds very congested, sneezing out green mucus. Is there any human medicine over the counter that I could get that would help him breathe easier?

Dear Pet Owner,

Cats are very likely to get sick from a virus that causes these symptoms. Do not give any human medication-cats are very sensitive to a lot of medications that people (and dogs) can take without problems. He needs to be seen by a veterinarian.
